Featured Local Artist: Photographer, Sean Rayford

Sean Rayford's Blog

On the morning of November 23, 2019, this great fog loomed over the Congaree River and the Gervais Street Bridge. I felt that this was a great opportunity for a photograph. I called a great local talent, Photographer Sean Rayford about this opportunity. From his photos, this just illustrates the greatness that lies in West Columbia.
